The Cimarron River Rattler 12-year-old team won the Prat Grand Slam Tournament June 9 and 10. The Rattlers defeated the Wichita Kings (14-8), the Central Kansas Rangers (18-1), the Anthony Wildcats (21-2), the Russell Roughnecks (15-2), the Stateline Shox (8-7), and in the championship game the Rattlers knocked off the host Pratt Gaters 9-5. The team is made up of, bottom row form left, Tristen Bigham, Hunter Brown, Joel Mettlen, Alex Carrillo, Jamir Cupps and Kaleb Wilmes, and back row from left, Derek Symons, Brady Palmer, Tucker Deaton and Junior Garcia.
